If you added a payment method, you'll be billed at $29/month (or $24/month on annual). If you didn't, your account just pauses — your data is preserved and you can pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.
Yes, anytime. Switching to annual prorates the difference. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
